Red-Tail Unlimited LLC is not liable if all or any part of a Site is, for any reason, unavailable at any time or for any period. You have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness, as further explained in the Content Standards .
Red-Tail Unlimited LLC strives to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Certain items (e.g., clearance, personalized, or digital goods) may be non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
How to Initiate a Return: Contact our support team at Jesse@redtailunlimited.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label. Red-Tail Unlimited LLC reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.
